Revenue in the three months ended Dec. 31 fell to CA$4.36 billion from CA$4.47 billion a year earlier.

The company said its board approved a normal course issuer bid that allows for the repurchase of up to 20 million common shares within a year from Feb.4.
The company increased its quarterly dividend by 5% to CA$0.8875 a share, payable March 31 to holders of record March 10.
