Fidelity National Information Services boosted its quarterly dividend by 11%.
The financial services technology company on Thursday said its board of directors approved raising the payout to 40 cents per share from 36 cents per share previously.
The new payout, equal to $1.60 a share annually, represents a yield of 1.9% based on the company's latest closing price of $82.08.
The dividend is payable March 25 to shareholders of record as of close of business on March 11.
