ASML Holding (ASML) will no longer report quarterly bookings starting 2026, Chief Financial Officer Roger Dassen said Wednesday, according to a FactSet transcript.

"We will continue to report bookings on a quarterly basis through 2025, but will no longer report on bookings thereafter," Dassen said on the company's Q4 earnings call, the transcript showed.

The executive also said the company will report the total systems backlog on an annual basis as of 2026.

Dassen said the market's reactions to positive or negative order intake "can be quite significant."

"That has been the reason that we say we have been telling the market that order intake is lumpy," Dassen said. "It doesn't necessarily reflect the business momentum accurately."

ASML shares rose 3.2% in recent Thursday trading.
