消息面上，公司公布2024年第四季度业绩，净利润按年升2.58%至27.45亿美元，预期24亿美元，每股收益5.78美元，预期为4.9美元；公司调整后每股收益5.14美元，去年同期为5.23美元，预期为5.02美元。
期内，营收按年跌4.88%至162.37亿美元，预期164亿美元。
受经销商库存和整体销量下滑的影响，三个主要业务部门的销售额均持平或下降。建筑设备销售额下降8%，降至60亿美元，受价格和销量下滑的影响。采矿设备销售额下降9%，至29.6亿美元，主要由于销量减少，而发动机和运输业务的营收基本持平，为76.5亿美元。
该公司在去年秋季警告称，由于建筑和采矿活动的下降，全年销售额可能会低于此前的指导预期。
