XtalPi Holdings (HKG:2228) raised HK$1.13 billion by placing up to 264 million shares to at least six subscribers at HK$4.28 apiece, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The shares to be placed represent about 7.18% of the enlarged issued share capital of the company.
The company plans to use the net proceeds of HK$1.13 billion for improvement in the company's capabilities and for potential investment opportunities.
