Blue Hat Interactive Entertainment Technology (BHAT) said late Tuesday that the Nasdaq Stock Market notified the company of its noncompliance with the bourse's listing rule because its securities had a closing bid price of $0.10 or less for 10 consecutive trading days through Jan. 23.

Shares slumped 26% following a surge in intraday trading volume to 78.2 million from a daily average of about 32 million.

Eyenovia (EYEN) said late Tuesday that its board approved a 1-for-80 reverse stock split to enable the company to regain compliance with the minimum bid price required to remain listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market.

Shares sank 36%, with intraday trading volume climbing to over 16.8 million versus a daily average of about 26 million.

Manhattan Associates (MANH) shares dropped 24% amid heavy trading after the company reported late Tuesday Q4 non-GAAP earnings and sales that beat market expectations but 2025 guidance trailed analysts' estimates.

More than 2.2 million shares traded intraday compared with a daily average of about 374,000.
