美军，今年等不到了
据美国“防务一号”网站和彭博社1月28日报道，洛克希德·马丁公司高管当天承认，美军今年无法获得完整“技术更新3”（Technology Refresh 3，缩写TR-3）作战版本的F-35战斗机。
据报道，TR-3原定于2023年4月准备就绪，但由于软件开发问题已多次推迟。这些延误导致五角大楼暂停接受新的F-35战斗机长达一年时间，暂停期于2024年7月结束。TR-3版本的F-35战斗机将升级最新的软件、配套计算机处理器、内存和最新的显示设备，并成为F-35 Block4版本的基础，该版本的F-35战斗机将进一步换装氮化镓雷达、变循环发动机等新设备。
洛马承认，该公司在TR-3版本仍有一些工作要做，涉及“任务系统集成”和“整体提高系统稳定性”。“我们预计这将持续到2026年，”洛马首席财务官杰伊·马拉夫在当天举行的2024年第四季度财报电话会议上表示。
截至2024年，洛马高管希望TR-3的全部作战能力能够在2025年春天准备好，但F-35联合计划办公室和洛马都无法提供确切的交付日期。
洛马公司在2024年交付了110架F-35战斗机，包括生产线上新下线的飞机和之前生产的库存飞机。洛马首席执行官吉姆·泰克莱特28日表示，今年，该公司预计将交付170到190架F-35战斗机，并继续减少库存飞机数量。2024年12月，五角大楼授予洛马一份价值118亿美元的第18批次生产合同，双方正在敲定最终协议。
在被问及F-35战机近期引发的争议时，泰克莱特还拿中国的歼-20战机说事，称“中国正在大量生产歼-20战斗机，减少F-35战斗机的产量不利保持对对手的威慑。”
