Jan 31, 2025
1452 ET - Trane Technologies CEO David Regnery says the HAVC equipment maker's business with data centers remains robust, despite the fears about the disruption from China's low-cost artificial intelligence app DeepSeek that rocked the U.S. market this week. Trane is a supplier of cooling gear to data centers that support U.S. AI programs. "We're seeing a lot of growth in data centers," Regnery told analysts, "Our backlog is very, very elevated, which gives us a lot of visibility into 2025." Shares rise 0.8%. (robert.tita@wsj.com)
