Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Gets Full Net Proceeds From $30 Million Financing; Shares Soar Premarket

Faraday Future Intelligent Electric (FFIE) said late Tuesday that it received full net proceeds from a $30 million financing announced in December.

The California-based electric mobility company said the latest capital infusion will support, among other things, ongoing deliveries this year of the FF 91 2.0 electric full-size luxury crossover SUV.

Shares of the firm were up more than 22% in premarket activity Wednesday.
