手机成“间谍”，亚马逊因秘密收集数据遭消费者起诉
1 月 31 日消息，据路透社昨日报道，亚马逊公司周三遭到消费者起诉，消费者指控其通过手机秘密追踪自己行踪，并出售收集到的数据。
根据在旧金山联邦法院提起的一项集体诉讼，亚马逊通过向成千上万的应用开发者提供一段名为“亚马逊广告 SDK”的代码，借此获得了“后门”权限，能够访问消费者的手机。
这一行为使得亚马逊能够收集大量带有时间戳的地理位置信息，揭示出消费者的生活、工作、购物和出行轨迹。
诉状中指出：“亚马逊实际上已经无声无息地记录下了消费者的所有活动，且完全未经过消费者的知情和同意。”
起诉人费利克斯・科洛廷斯基来自加州圣马特奥，他表示亚马逊通过他手机中的“Speedtest by Ookla（IT之家注：一款网络测试工具）”应用收集了他的个人信息。
他称，亚马逊的做法违反了加州刑法及一项关于未经授权访问计算机数据的州法，并要求为数百万加州居民索赔。亚马逊尚未对记者的置评请求做出回应，原告律师也未就此案作进一步评论。
