Piper Sandler's Q4 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Increase

Piper Sandler (PIPR) reported Q4 adjusted earnings Friday of $4.80 per diluted share, up from $4.03 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $3.94.

Adjusted net revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $498.6 million compared with $457.4 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $454.4 million.

The company announced a special cash dividend of $3 per share and maintained a quarterly dividend of $0.65 per share, payable on March 14 to shareholders of record as of March 4.

Shares were up 0.4% in recent premarket activity.
