1325 ET - VF's slower-than-expected F4Q sales forecast has some analysts worried. VF expects 4Q revenue to be down between 4% and 6% from a year earlier. The company insists that results for the second half of the fiscal year would still meet the company's goals, and blames the forecasted slowdown with surprisingly positive 3Q results. "But after inflecting positive in 3Q," Citi analyst Paul Lejuez says, "it is slightly disappointing to see guidance for a decline." Shares of the company, which owns Timberland, Vans and the North Face, fall 3.4%. (owen.tucker-smith@wsj.com)
