Chengdu Expressway's (HKG:1785) subsidiary Chengdu Expressway Operation Management agreed to let Chengdu Communications Investment Xingrongxi Urban Construction and Development carry out certain works on a section of Chengming Expressway for construction compensation of 28.0 million yuan.

The compensation will be paid to another subsidiary of the company, Chengdu Chengwenqiong Expressway, which had entrusted Chengdu Expressway Operation Management for the operation and management of the relevant expressway section.

Xingrongxi Urban Construction and Development is a connected entity of the company being a subsidiary of Chengdu Communications Investment Group, a controlling shareholder of the company, a Thursday, Jan. 23, bourse filing said.
