DIH (DHAI) said Friday it has priced its public offering of about 5.9 million units at $0.7832 per unit to raise about $4.6 million.
Each unit consists of one Class A stock and one Class A warrant to purchase one Class A stock, the company said. The five-year warrants will have an exercise price of $0.7832 per share.
DIH said it plans to use the net proceeds for capital expenditures, working capital and general corporate purposes. Maxim Group is the placement agent for the offering.
Shares of DIH were down more than 6% in recent trading.
