0913 ET - CN Rail's 4Q came in weak, but RBC's Walter Spracklin says the softer quarter wasn't unexpected and "more important is that the guide nicely bracketed consensus, which is key, as we know management wanted to set deliverable targets for 2025." While the guidance is encouraging, Spracklin says delivering on it will the tricky bit. If achieved, Spracklin says the stock will see a meaningful re-rate "which is core to our positive view. We believe CN is capable of doing that." (adriano.marchese@wsj.com)
