Newmark Group (NMRK) said Friday that it brokered a recapitalization and joint venture between Hines and CubeSmart (CUBE) for a 14-property self-storage portfolio in the Dallas-Fort Worth area in Texas.
The company said the portfolio includes more than 9,700 units on more than 1.25 million net rentable square feet.
