英皇娱乐酒店(00296.HK) 公布，自今年4月1日起，杨政龙将获委任为董事会副主席、执行董事及执行委员会主席。
杨政龙现时为英皇国际(00163.HK) 之执行董事及董事会副主席、英皇文化产业(00491.HK) 及欧化国际(01711.HK) 之执行董事及董事会主席，彼亦将于4月1日获委任为新传企划(01284.HK) 之执行董事及董事会主席，该等公司均为英皇集团旗下之上市成员。彼为杨受成及陆小曼之儿子。
董事会亦宣布，由于黄志辉已届退休之龄，欲投入更多时间于其个人兴趣及事务，故自4月1日起将从执行董事之职务退休。随着黄志辉之退休，其将于同日自动终止担任执行委员会成员。另外，范敏嫦将退任为执行委员会主席，惟继续担任执行董事、企业管治委员会主席以及执行委员会、薪酬委员会和提名委员会成员。(sl/u)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
