长线资金再出手！新华保险举牌杭州银行
险资举牌潮持续，近日新华保险拟以协议转让方式收购澳洲联邦银行持有的杭州银行3.296亿股股份，转让总价为43.16亿元。持有股份数量将占总股本的5.87%，触及举牌。2025年开年险资延续了2024年的举牌势头，举牌行动频频。本次权益变动后，新华保险一跃成为杭州银行的第四大股东，自完成过户登记之日起5年内不得转让所持股份。杭州银行在转让后仍将保持无控股股东和实际控制人的状态。对于本次股权收购，新华保险表示，这是公司率先响应国家关于进一步加大中长期资金入市力度的要求，入股杭州银行是新华保险以实际行动体现国有企业担当的举措。同时，新华保险对中国银行业以及杭州银行的长期发展前景持乐观态度。
