IODM (ASX:IOD) reported unaudited revenue of AU$1.3 million for the fiscal first half ended Dec. 31, 2024, a nearly 61% increase year on year, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
UK Education revenue soared 110% to AU$936,000, the filing said.
Both surpassed the company's guidance of nearly AU$1.2 million in group revenue and AU$780,000 in UK Education revenue, per the filing.
The software developer benefited from a re-negotiated commercial revenue-sharing arrangement with Convera which took effect in January 2024 and guaranteed a non-recourse minimum monthly revenue.
