美国证交会（SEC）文件显示，巴菲特旗下伯克希尔哈撒韦公司最近几天以5396万美元购买了230万股Sirius XM股票，将其在这家卫星广播公司的股份增加到29亿美元。

　　根据周一晚些时候提交给SEC的文件，伯克希尔在上周四、上周五和本周一买入了这些股票，平均价格约为每股23.50美元。
