根据周一的联合声明，软银承诺每年为自己及其子公司花费30亿美元使用OpenAI的技术。昨天，软银集团宣布与OpenAI建立合作伙伴关系，共同开发和销售名为“Cristal intelligence”的高级企业人工智能，并宣布成立一家名为“SB OpenAIJapan”的新合资企业，将专门向日本的大公司推销OpenAl的企业技术。

据悉，软银与OpenAI将在SB OpenAl日本合资公司各拥有50%的股份。软银首席执行官孙正义表示，他相信通用人工智能（AGI）将在不到10年的时间内成为现实，并相信“AGI可以首先在大型企业业务中实现”。他补充说，要实现这一目标，“需要相当巨额的资金”，而这些资金“目前只有大型企业才有”。

孙正义认为，“Stargate（星际之门）”项目已经不仅仅是一个私营企业的活动，而是提升为一个国家战略上非常重要的项目。我们相信这个项目将在未来对人类产生重大的影响。

2025年1月22日，特朗普宣布软银、OpenAI、甲骨文联合成立一家新AI公司Stargate（星际之门），计划在未来四年投资5000亿美元，并将立即投资1000亿美元，为OpenAI建设新的AI基础设施。

Stargate的初始股权投资者包括软银、OpenAI、Oracle和MGX，其中软银负责财务，OpenAI负责运营，Arm、微软、NVIDIA、Oracle和OpenAI是该项目的关键初始技术合作伙伴。
