智通财经APP讯，绿城中国(03900)发布公告，预计截至2024年12月31日止年度公司股东应占利润同比2023年的人民币31.18亿元下降50%以内，主要是房地产市场整体下行，及公司主动加大长库存去化力度，加快库存结构调整，导致2024年度计提的资产减值损失增加所致，剔除该因素，股东应占利润预期同比有所上涨。
截至2024年12月31日止年度内，集团精耕细作抓去化，合同销售排名稳中有升，位列全国第三，自投销售和权益销售均上升至全国第六，保持良好发展动能。同时经营性现金流再创新高，并主动压降负债规模、优化债务结构，现金短债比为2倍以上。面向未来，集团应势而变，顺势而为，不断推动企业“全品质、高质量、可持续”发展。
