恒地(00012.HK) 营业(二)部蛇年部署推售6个新盘，涉逾3,700个单位。恒基物业代理董事及营业(二)部总经理韩家辉表示，首个项目为九龙城南角道项目，涉逾300伙，预计于首季推出；下半年亦会有多个新盘陆续登场，包括市建局土瓜湾庇利街/荣光街发展项目及大角咀万安街项目，共提供逾1,300伙，主打中小型单位。另港岛区将推出湾仔活道项目及山顶卢吉道超级洋房，涉逾150伙。此外，位于启德海湾半岛Park Peninsula的承丰道18号合作项目亦有望于今年推出。
另外，由恒地、中海外(00688.HK) 、华懋、帝国集团、新世界发展(00017.HK) 及会德丰地产合作的启德海湾半岛“天泷”今日以招标形式售出1伙临海巨宅。最新成交单位为3座3楼B室，三房一套连储物房间隔，实用面积1,085平方呎，成交价3,290万元，成交呎价30,323元。项目自以现楼形式推售后速沽53伙，套现约21亿元，全盘套现约47亿元。
