CSI Properties' (HKG:0497) controlling shareholder has invited Gaw Capital Partners as a new long-term investor for the company.
The company has also proposed for its subsidiary Affinity Ocean to issue a four-year senior unsecured bond worth HK$500 million to Kenton Harmony at an 8.22% annual interest rate, a Sunday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The company expects to raise HK$1.99 billion from the two activities and plans to use them for refinancing its indebtedness and working capital of the company.
