The hearing of a winding-up petition against China Evergrande's (HKG:3333) unit Tianji Holding has been advanced to Feb 17 by the High Court of Hong Kong from March 12 previously, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The firm, acting under the instructions of the liquidators, had presented the winding-up petition against Tianji Holding on Nov. 8, 2024. The company itself was ordered to be wound up by the High Court on Jan. 29, 2024.
Trading in shares of the company remains suspended.
