记者从闵行区交通委了解到，2月2日起至2月4日，为了方便夜间到达虹桥火车站的市民乘坐出租车，除了现有火车站内的4处出租车上客点外，区交通委将协调区域出租车入驻市域铁出租车蓄车场。

目前铁路出租车上客点分为南北两个区域，在地下B1层通道两侧各有两个入口。根据记者观察，每晚10点以后，铁路南北出租车上客点往往会排起长龙，候车时间有时甚至长达1个小时。

市域铁路上客点位于B1通道东侧，由市域铁路商业附近楼梯上至地面1层，或由直梯至地面2层再经扶梯至地面1层后可达。该上客点距离铁路北一或南一出站口约500米，通道内将设置多处标志标识指引旅客前往。

为了方便旅客，到达高峰期内（2月2日—2月4日）晚上10点至次日凌晨，枢纽地下B1层通道内将开行免费摆渡巴士，往返铁路出站口和市域铁路上客点。当铁路上客点候车人数较多时，旅客可跟随工作人员和志愿者的指引，免费乘坐摆渡巴士至市域铁路上客点打车，减少候车时间。截至目前，已服务200余人至市域铁出租车上客点打车。
