Stellantis (STLA) said Monday it has simplified its organizational structure "to enable speed of decision and execution."
The new structure is meant to improve local decision-making and execution capabilities for product planning, product development and industrial and commercial activities, the company said.
Among the changes, software activities will now be integrated into a product development and technology organization, led by Ned Curic. Americas Region Chief Operating Officer Antonio Filosa has taken on the global leadership of the company's quality initiative, it said.
Corporate affairs and communications have been combined and led by Clara Ingen-Housz, while a new marketing office has been created, led by Olivier Francois, the company said.
