专题：特朗普宣布新关税，全球市场巨震

　　墨西哥财政部长表示，该国已采取措施保护经济免受美国关税的冲击，各部门正在通力合作以防外汇市场流动性受到影响。

　　根据知情人士透露，财政部长Rogelio Ramirez de la O周一在与投资者的通话中表示，墨西哥拥有足够的国际储备来抵御出口面临的潜在打击，经济具有韧性。

　　Ramirez讲话后不久，墨西哥比索收窄跌幅，因墨西哥总统辛鲍姆表示，美国对该国的关税将推迟一个月实施。此前在亚洲交易时段墨西哥比索一直领跌新兴市场货币，跌至近三年低点。

　　Ramirez表示，墨西哥的弹性汇率给关税影响带来天然缓冲。他说若比索从1美元兑18.70比索的公允价值贬值10%，则将把25%关税的实际影响削减至12%左右。

　　Ramirez表示，经济可能会放缓，汽车制造业和计算机行业面临阻力。他还指出可以动用来自国际货币基金组织（IMF）和美联储的约440亿美元融资额度。

　　Ramirez表示，财政部正在与墨西哥央行就外汇市场的流动性展开合作。

　　XP Investimentos策略师Marco Oviedo称墨西哥没有直接干预市场，但财长的言论表明如果单日出现重大波动，或买方和卖方之间的价差增幅过大，当局可能采取行动。他补充说，墨西哥关注的是流动性，而不是特定的比索水平。

　　“他们正在做准备，以防波动性过度上升，市场开始表现不佳，”Oviedo表示，“届时干预可能是合理的。”
