Four Seasons Education Receives NYSE Noncompliance Notice

Four Seasons Education (FEDU) said Monday it received a letter notifying the company of its noncompliance with the minimum stockholder requirement for continued listing on the New York Stock Exchange.

The company said it is now assessing available options and developing a plan to regain compliance with the standard that requires it to have at least 1,200 shareholders.

Four Seasons Education said the notice does not have an immediate impact on its American Depositary Shares.

The company's shares were down 2.2% in recent trading.
