智通财经APP讯，恒大汽车(00708)发布公告，公司迄今未能成功找到能够帮助缓解集团流动资金问题并推进集团适当重组的战略投资者╱买家。由于现今中国大陆新能源汽车市场的经营环境非常艰难，此情况无疑对公司寻找战略投资者╱买家造成阻碍。尽管在过去六个月，集团进一步裁员及削减其他运营开支以节省成本，而集团持有的现金及现金等价物水平较低，其现正用于维持基本运营活动，包括对集团资产状况的基本维护，特别是集团的生产厂房及机械设备。鉴于资金水平较低且不足，集团无法确保若干服务的进行，包括但不限于其审计师和其他相关专业顾问就截至2024年12月31日止年度开展现场审计工作。然而，公司仍然不懈努力继续寻找战略投资者╱买家以缓解集团流动资金问题。
