Hansen Technologies (ASX:HSN) signed a five-year, agreement with UK-based VMO2, a joint venture between Liberty Global and Telefonica, to license the company's cloud-native suite for communications, technology, and media, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The contract, worth about AU$50 million, will provide VMO2 with three platforms designed to expand its wholesale and retail market, the filing said.
As per accounting standards, about AU$15 million of the VMO2's license revenue will be recognized in the second half of the fiscal year, the filing added.
The company now expects fiscal first-half group revenue to be in the range of AU$175 million to AU$180 million and underlying earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) to range from AU$37 million to AU$39 million.
The company also reaffirmed its fiscal 2025 targets of AU$398 million to AU$405 million in revenue and AU$92 million to AU$101 million in underlying EBITDA.
Shares of the company rose past 1% in recent Monday trade.
