Aeris Resources (ASX:AIS) said it renewed its contingent instrument facility with ANZ Bank, a unit of ANZ Group Holdings (ASX:ANZ, NZE:ANZ), until July 31, 2025, as part of its refinancing process, according to a Jan. 31 Australian bourse filing.
Under the renewal, Aeris will cash back AU$10 million of the facility in two installments, added the filing.
