　　海峡石油化工（00852）发布公告，有关姚国梁先生于开曼群岛大法院就公司提交针对Speed Success Group Limited的清盘呈请，其诉讼编号为FSD 351 of 2024（“开曼呈请”）。

　　根据开曼群岛清盘规则发出的指示传票将于2025年1月31日（星期五）在开曼群岛大法院进行聆讯。经审慎考虑相关情况后，公司拟就开曼呈请提出抗辩。

　　公司现正就该事宜寻求法律意见，并将适时或根据上市规则的规定作出进一步公布，以让其股东及投资者知悉开曼呈请的影响及有关开曼群岛呈请的任何重大进展。
