Argo Investments (ASX:ARG) reported Monday fiscal half-year earnings of AU$0.159 per diluted share, down from AU$0.165 per diluted share a year earlier.

Revenue for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2024, was AU$137.5 million, compared with AU$132.6 million a year earlier.

Net tangible asset backing per Argo share was AU$10.01 as of Dec. 31, compared with AU$9.33 in the year-ago period.

The company declared an interim dividend of AU$0.17 per share, payable March 14 to shareholders on record as of Feb. 10. This is higher than the AU$0.165 payout in the previously reported period.

Argo said it will neutralize the dividend reinvestment plan and dividend substitution share plan for the interim dividend by buying the shares required for participants on-market, per the filing.
