智通财经APP讯，天誉置业(00059)发布公告，百慕达最高法院商事法庭首席法官因行政原因已重新安排呈请的聆讯至2025年2月6日(星期四)(百慕达时间)进行审理。
尽管公司在过去两年半的时间里做出了努力，但公司仍未能获得任何资金来支持重组及解决公司的财务问题。更糟的是，即使能获得重组资金，但在中国房地产市场持续低迷的情况下，公司业务已恶化，无法按最初计划产生预期的销售收益以履行百慕达计划及香港计划项下的付款义务，以便为公司债权人提供更好的回报。
有鉴于上述原因，公司董事会合理、诚信地认定，在日期为2023年9月29日的重组支持协议的终止日期之前，没有合理的希望成功完成相关计划(无论是百慕达计划或是香港计划)。 因此，董事会于2025年1月24日通过决议，决定并通知联合临时清盘人，董事会不反对联合临时清盘人在原定于2025年1月31日举行的百慕达法院聆讯上不再寻求进一步延期。 董事会确实相信公司的重组已不再可行，并认为百慕达法院在聆讯上颁令对公司进行清盘才符合公司债权人的最佳利益。
