LARK Distilling Co (ASX:LRK) will buy back holdings in the company of less than AU$500 via its unmarketable parcel facility, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
This is equivalent to fewer than 446 shares at a buyback price of AU$1.12 apiece.
The company said there are 1,065 shareholders holding an unmarketable parcel. They have until March 21 to opt out of the buyback offer.
The company's shares slipped almost 1% in recent Monday trade.
