消息面上，金沙中国的控股股东Las Vegas Sands Corp.公布2024年业绩，根据美国公认会计原则，2024年第四季的净收益总额(Net revenues)同比减少5%至17.6亿美元；净收入(Net income)跌17.7%至2.37亿美元。经调整物业EBITDA为5.71亿美元，同比跌12.7%。2024年金沙中国的净收益总额同比增加8.4%至70.8亿美元；净收入增长50.9%至10.5亿美元。经调整物业EBITDA升5%至23.3亿美元。
此外，2024年第四季及2025年1月，LVS购入2.5亿美元的1.03亿股金沙中国普通股，平均价格为18.93港元，将LVS截至2025年1月7日的金沙中国所有权百分比增加至72.3%。
