　　JS环球生活（01691）盘中涨近20%，截至发稿，股价上涨16.30%，现报2.14港元，成交额9910.40万港元。

　　消息面上，根据香港联交所披露的文件，1月15日，董事长兼首席执行官王旭宁增持JS环球生活2.66亿股，价值约4.04亿港元。1月23日，王旭宁增持JS环球生活1.4亿股，价值约2.23亿港元。两次增持后，持仓比例已升至70.86%。值得一提的是，公司同业Vesync此前公告称，获大股东旗下的公司以协议安排方式提出私有化，现金作价为每股5.6港元，较公司停牌前收盘价有33.3%的溢价。
