智通财经APP获悉，JS环球生活(01691)涨近20%，截至发稿，涨19.57%，报2.2港元，成交额9572.34万港元。
消息面上，根据香港联交所披露的文件，1月15日，董事长兼首席执行官王旭宁增持JS环球生活2.66亿股，价值约4.04亿港元。1月23日，王旭宁增持JS环球生活1.4亿股，价值约2.23亿港元。两次增持后，持仓比例已升至70.86%。值得一提的是，公司同业Vesync此前公告称，获大股东旗下的公司以协议安排方式提出私有化，现金作价为每股5.6港元，较公司停牌前收盘价有33.3%的溢价。
华兴证券此前表示，随前期费用投入逐步变现、Shark平躺洗地机等新品贡献更多增量，以及九阳下半年为SN代工更多新品，预计2024年九阳分部整体营收同比增长18.0%至14.0亿美元（剔除采购业务，下同）。该行认为，未来SN有望继续将欧美的成功经验与商业模式复制于亚太市场，对其亚太业务未来2-4年实现4-7亿美元零售额的指引抱有信心。
