【古茗预计2月12日上市 引入腾讯等多家基石】金十数据2月4日讯，古茗(01364.HK)发布公告，公司拟全球发售约1.59亿股(视乎发售量调整权及超额配股权行使与否而定)，中国香港发售股份1586.12万股，国际发售股份约1.43亿股；2025年2月4日至2月7日招股，预期定价日为2月10日；发售价将为每股发售股份8.68-9.94港元，每手买卖单位为400股，高盛及瑞银集团为联席保荐人；预期股份将于2025年2月12日开始在联交所买卖。公司已订立基石投资协议，据此，基石投资者已同意在若干条件规限下认购或促使其指定实体认购按发售价可购买的相关数目发售股份，总额最多约7100万美元(或约5.53亿港元)。基石投资者包括Huang River Investment Limited(由腾讯控股(00700.HK)全资拥有)、GM Charm Yield (BVI) Limited、LVC(LVC由Lijun Lin最终控制)、Long-Z Fund I, LP以及Duckling Fund, L.P.。
