Healthpeak Properties Adjusted FFO, Revenue Rise; Quarterly Dividend Raised -- Shares Up After Hours

Healthpeak Properties (DOC) reported Q4 adjusted funds from operations late Monday of $0.40 per diluted share, compared with $0.36 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.37.

Revenue during the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $698.0 million, compared with $553.7 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $689.7 million.

For 2025, the company is projecting Nareit FFO of $1.81 to $1.87. Analysts polled by FactSet are looking for $1.86.

Healthpeak also increased its quarterly cash dividend by 1.7% to $0.305 per share, payable Feb. 26 to shareholders of record on Feb. 14.

Shares of the company were up 1.9% in recent after-hours activity.
