资本策略地产(00497.HK) 公布，控股股东兼主席钟楚义邀请基汇资本成为Newco的共同投资者牵头进行潜在策略集资合共19.92亿元，其中8亿元拟用作再融资及/或偿还债务，余额拨作营运资金。同时，建议将股份2合1，每手买卖单更改为20,000股；及建议发行红利认股权证，基准每持有10股合并股份获发一份，初步认购价0.22元。
集资方式包括，建议进行10供18，发行82.88亿股，供股价0.18元，较停牌前理论收市价溢价5.88%，集资总额14.92亿元；及向Kenton Harmony发行5亿元四年期高级无抵押债券，年利率8.22%。
未来意向及业务计划包括对集团的资产负债表去杠杆化；及继续现行的销售计划，目标于2029年3月止未来四个财政年度内，实现至少90亿元的销售额，以产生足够资金用于偿还债务及从物业组合中获利。
