　　近日，国新办召开发布会，释放了一系列关于资本市场的重要信号。广发证券首席策略分析师刘晨明在做客新浪财经直播间时表示，此次发布会内容“干货满满”，尤其是针对中长期资金入市的政策导向，为A股市场注入了新的活力。

　　刘晨明指出，此次发布会明确提出了保险机构新增保费中用于股票投资的比例将力争提升至30%，远高于此前的10%至15%水平。同时，公募基金也被要求在未来几年每年持有的A股流通市值至少增长10%。此外，考核机制的调整将更加注重中长期业绩，这将减少短期业绩追逐对市场的冲击，引导投资者关注长期价值。
