　　亚盛医药-B（06855）发布公告，有关发售项下固定美国存托股份的交割的所有条件均已达成，且交割已于2025年1月28日（美国东部时间）进行。包销商已成功配售合共732.5万股美国存托股份予不少于6名承配人，发售价为每股美国存托股份17.25美元（根据代表比率，相当于每股相关股份约33.57港元）。经董事及包销商作出一切合理查询后所知、所悉及所信，承配人及彼等各自的最终实益拥有人均为独立于本公司及其关连人士的第三方。
