雅诗兰黛集团周二宣布启动一项新的战略计划，以帮助自身在2024年最后三个月出现亏损后恢复增长。

　　这家专业化妆品集团解释说，将实行一个名为“Beauty Reimagined”的计划，以使自身转变为一个更快、更灵活的集团，能够更好地利用增长机会并提高盈利能力。

　　具体而言，雅诗兰黛表示，希望在未来几年内恢复可持续的销售增长和稳定的两位数营业利润率。

　　这家总部位于纽约的集团现在表示，预计将裁员5800至7000人。

　　雅诗兰黛集团CEO Stéphane de La Faverie表示：“虽然我们认识到仍有许多工作要做，但我们相信‘Beauty Reimagined’计划是实现我们雄心壮志的最佳方式。”

　　在截至12月31日的第二财季，雅诗兰黛集团的净销售额下降6%，降至40亿美元，营业亏损4.8亿美元。

　　对于截至2025年3月底的第三季度，雅诗兰黛预计净销售额将下降10%至12%，预计每股收益将为0.20美元至0.30美元。去年同期为0.97美元。
