EROAD (ASX:ERD, NZE:ERD) received notice that UBS Group and its affiliates are no longer substantial holders of the company, effective Jan. 30, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.
UBS Group became ERD's substantial holder on Nov. 20, 2024.
Shares of the company fell nearly 1% in recent Tuesday trade in New Zealand.
