渣打任命Maria Ramos接替Jose Vinals担任主席。

　　Ramos于2021年1月作为独立非执行董事加入董事会，此前曾担任专注于非洲的南非联合银行集团负责人。渣打周二在声明中表示，经过”广泛的全球搜索”，她被选为集团主席。

　　Vinals任职已近九年，接近英国公司治理规定建议的最长任期。Ramos将在5月8日该行年度股东大会后接替他，需经监管部门批准。

　　“Maria是一位久经考验的领导者，拥有丰富的行业经验和战略远见，”首席执行官Bill Winters说。“我非常期待与她合作，实现下一阶段的增长。”
