金沙中国2024年净收益总额为70.8亿美元 同比增长8.4%
财中社2月4日电金沙中国有限公司（01928）发布公告，控股股东Las Vegas Sands Corp.（“LVS”）于2025年1月30日发布了截至2024年12月31日的第四季度及全年财务业绩。根据公告，金沙中国在2024年第四季度的净收益总额为17.6亿美元，较2023年同期减少5%。同时，第四季度的净收入为2.37亿美元，较2023年第四季度的2.88亿美元有所下降。
在全年业绩方面，金沙中国2024年的净收益总额为70.8亿美元，较2023年增加8.4%。净收入也从6.96亿美元增加至10.5亿美元。此外，金沙中国2024年第四季度的经调整物业EBITDA为5.71亿美元，而2023年同期为6.54亿美元。全年经调整物业EBITDA则从22.2亿美元增加至23.3亿美元。
公告中还提到，LVS在2024年第四季度及2025年1月购买了2.5亿美元的金沙中国股份，持股比例提升至72.3%。同时，2024年第四季度的资本开支合计为5.47亿美元，其中包括在澳门的3.45亿美元的建设、开发及维修活动。
