智通财经APP讯，中国三三传媒(08087)发布公告，于2025年1月23日(星期四)下午四时正(即配售代理配售未获认购供股股份之截止时间)，4315.6万股未获认购供股股份已悉数根据配售事项按每股0.30港元(相等于认购价)的价格成功配售。因此，根据补偿安排，并无净收益可供分派予不采取行动股东。
因此，供股(包括补偿安排)筹集的所得款项总额约为1940万港元，而扣除相关开支后所得款项净额约为1900万港元。诚如供股章程所披露，本公司拟将供股所得款项净额中约1730万港元用于偿还本集团的应付债券;及约170万港元用作增加本集团的一般营运资金。
