Odaily星球日报讯 Coinbase 正敦促美国监管机构确认银行可以自由为加密货币企业提供服务。今日 Coinbase 向美国货币监理署（OCC），美联储理事会和联邦存款保险公司（FDIC）的办公室发出信函，要求其向加密行业提供有关银行服务状况的清晰度报告。美国银行为加密行业提供服务一直是一个有争议的问题。根据现行联邦法律，已经授权银行可以提供加密服务，并与 Coinbase 等第三方服务提供商合作。尽管像 BNY Mellon 等银行一直在进行提供加密托管服务，但一些报告表明，联邦存款保险公司（FDIC）已接近美国几家银行，要求他们暂停加密相关活动。2024 年 6 月，Coinbase 曾就此针对美国证券交易委员会和 FDIC 提起诉讼，指控这些机构“共同尝试将加密资产公司从基本的银行服务中隔离”。随着美国总统唐纳德·特朗普（Donald Trump）于 1 月 20 日上任，加密社区现在正在等待美国加密生态系统的积极变化。Coinbase 一直在加深与特朗普政府的联系，同时也是美国现货比特币 ETF 的最大托管人。Coinbase 首席政策官 Faryar Shirzad 表示：“对于监管机构而言，需要明确表明银行可以与第三方提供商合作为客户提供加密交易服务。”
